Production Process

Following let us show several specific processes of bearing manufacturing:
★①.Raw material quality control: Inspection report of raw materials.
★②.Melting formula: Ensure the exact formula ratio to ensure the stability of bearing performance basing on customer’s detailed requirement.
★③.Spectroscopic analysis: Only when spectroscopic analysis of sample is qualified, bearing casting can be carried out. Samples will be kept for 3 years with traceability.
★④.Dimensional inspection: Precision measuring tools and CMM coordinate measuring machine are used to ensure the precision of bearing.
★⑤.Defect check: Bearing appearance test. Ultrasonic Testing / PenetrantTesting will be carried out according to customer's requirements.
★⑥.Factory test report is available for every bearing. Third party testing reports can be provided when required.
